Shabu-Shabu Ichiban in Cebu turns 1

POPULAR hotpot restaurant from Nagoya, Japan, Shabu-Shabu Ichiban is celebrating its first anniversary in its first and only branch in Cebu located on the third floor of the Sky Park in the Mountain Wing of SM Seaside City Cebu.

Aiming to become the number one shabu-shabu chain in the world and anchoring on the Japanese regard for quality, Shabu-Shabu Ichiban makes sure that its meat and seafood options are only of the highest quality.

Aside from bringing authentic Japanese hotpot in the country, the restaurant also assures that the menu has been tweaked to suit the Filipino palate and came up with 24 soup base options with unlimited refills of vegetables, dumplings, assorted balls, meats and more. Its best sellers include tonkotsu, vegetable, and soy milk sesame.

This 100-seater restaurant also offers US Angus Chuck Eye, sushi and sashimi platter, US beef short plate, shrimp tempura and Japanese-style fried chicken, among others. One may order unlimited dishes from its three set options or a la carte.
