The grand regional dinner buffet at Feria

Sunnexdesk

RECOGNIZED and awarded for its international fare, Feria restaurant—Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu’s main dining outlet—takes the opportunity to extend an exclusive culinary adventure spanning several regions of the Philippines in a grand, one-night-only dinner buffet, in celebration of the 2022 Cebu Food & Wine Festival, which is also supported by the DOT R7 and Cebu Chamber of Commerce.

On June 23, Thursday, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Filipino food enthusiasts, buffet lovers, and value seekers will be treated to 70 meters of varying regional cuisines, delicacies, and specialties for a themed gastronomic tour de Philippine.

Prepared by the skilled team that has brought both local and national accolades to Feria restaurant, this tasty trip around Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will have guests rediscovering Filipino flavors anew with an occasional dash of innovation by Manila-born Davao-based chef and entrepreneur, chef Anton Abad, also of Olive Bistro fame.

Chef Anton lends his epicurean expertise as a special guest chef, to discern the authenticity and flavors of the Mindanaoan regional recipes including tiyula itum and chicken piyangang from Sulu, paella chavacano from Zamboanga and, of course, turon con durian and the beloved pomelo salad from Davao, just to name a few. Some Feria Visayan and Tagalog staples will also feature his signature inventive tang. Feria’s Grand Regional Dinner Buffet on June 23 is a special treat aimed to invigorate the local foodie scene.

This culinary journey keeps Feria’s dinner buffet rate of P1,488 net per person, while a carefully curated wine list, sold separately, explores some ideal Filipino food pairings for an elevated Pinoy dining experience only at Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu.
