The new normal at Misto ACC

THE pandemic has greatly altered the way we go about our daily routines, including dining out. For instance, seating is now carefully spaced out, and the buffets we used to frequent now seem like a distant memory. But alas, we have to roll with the punches and adapt.

Misto, the Seda hotel chain’s main dining outlet, is known forThere are two sets to choose from: Chef’s Homegrown and Western Choice, made up of some of the restaurant’s specialty dishes. Each set comes with soup, salad, entree, vegetables, side dish and dessert.

For those who like their local comfort food, Chef’s Homegrown comes with choices of Filipino favorites like Ensaladang Talong, Sinuglaw (a highly requested dish), Cebuano Pork Humba, Homemade Pritong Manok, Crispy Kangkong and Gising-Gising.

Western Choice consists of classic American fare like the Waldorf Salad, Beef Stroganoff, Baby Back Ribs and Grilled Salmon Fillet with sides such as corn on the cob and baked potato.

Should one prefer to order items on the menu individually, an à la carte menu is available, which can be boxed to-go as well.

Aside from dining in, one can also work remotely from Misto. With its tranquil ambiance, seamless Wi-Fi connectivity, and well curated menu of food and beverages, you’re all set for a day of productivity.

To ensure guests have an enjoyable and safe experience, Misto accommodates only around 40 people at a time, on top of standard pre-entry measures such as temperature check, foot bath and contact tracing forms.

Since circumstances have deemed buffets unsuitable for safety reasons, the restaurant pivots and introduces something new to its guests: a set menu; different concept but still offering variety.
