1st batch of drug surrenderers completes Cosap rehab program

EIGHT drug surrenderers from Barangay Sapangdaku, Cebu City graduated from the community-based drug rehabilitation program of the Cebu City Office for Substance Abuse Prevention (Cosap) on Tuesday, April 27, 2021.

Cosap head Jonah John Rodriguez said that it is the first batch of drug surrenderers who joined and completed Cosap’s program.

He described the event as “filled with emotions” after a graduate shared his testimony on how the program reformed his life.

He urged drug personalities included in the Philippine National Police-Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Drug Watchlist to enroll in Cosap’s program as a way to remove their name from the watchlist. (NRC/With PR)
