3 USC grads top CPA Licensure Exam

THREE graduates from the University of San Carlos have made it to the top 10 in the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Exam given this October 2019.

Marlou Borbon Alinsonorin placed second in the examination with a rating of 89.67 percent.

Kirk Mole Saromines is in fourth place with a rating of 89.33 percent.

In eighth place is Samantha Mae Colon Mendoza with a rating of 87.67 percent.

Snagging the top spot of the said examination is Justine Louie Bautista Santiago of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) with a rating of 90.33 percent.

Also in the Top 10 are Christian Lawrence Cruz Go (3rd, De La Salle University-Manila [DLSU-M], 89.50 percent), Ronald Allan Alvarez Macasero (5th, University of Caloocan City, 89.17 percent), Mark Caesar Brozas Rosales (5th, University of Eastern Philippines Catarman, 89.17 percent), Mark Angelo Galvez Santos (5th, UST, 89.17 percent), Raphael Don Almazan Tantan (5th, University of the Philippines [UP]-Diliman, 89.17 percent).

Joining the top 10 are Bill Julius Lagman Ocampo (6th, UST, 89.00 percent), Marian Princess Apante Sacriz (7th, Polytechnic University of the Philippines of the Philippines-Main Sta. Mesa, 87.83 percent), Carlos Benedict Fajardo Echevarria, (8th, DLSU-M, 87.67 percent), Alyssa Nicole Dela Cruz Rosario (9th, UST, 87.50 percent), Khristeen Eve Austria Debolgado (10th, UP-Visayas-Iloilo City, 87.33 percent), Lovel Alegre Dulay (10th, UST, 87.33 percent), Jhudge Perez Salaya (10th, UST, 87.33 percent), Victorina Leonila Mae Palo Santos (10th, Holy Angel University, 87.33 percent).

The Professional Regulation Commission announced that out of the 14,492 who took the exam, only 2,075 passed.
