CEBU Vice Gov. Hilario Davide III and his executive assistance Charlton James Canoy welcomed the representatives of the Local Government of Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur on Jan. 17, 2020.

The Bayugan City officials paid a courtesy call on Davide in the latter’s office at the Capitol compound in Cebu City. They were in Cebu City for a five-day experiential learning on festival management as the Bayugan City Government plans to participate in the Sinulog Grand Parade in 2021.

The City will hold its 36th Kahimunan Tu Bayugan Festival on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2020, in honor of the Holy Child.

Bayugan City tourism officer-in-charge Anna Lee Macahilos led the group in Cebu City. The other members in the tour included P/Lt. Col. Jerome dela Cruz, Major Elpidio de Castro Jr., Jeanne Maningo, Leo Saul, Dan Ralph Subla, Rodel Olita, Lorena Mondejar, Ruby Caburnay and Charlito Ocio Jr.
