THE Department of Agriculture (DA) has promised to provide P400 million worth of assistance to the Cebu Provincial Government in the form of farming implements and infrastructure.

DA Secretary William Dar announced this after he lauded the “Sugbuanong Busog, Luwas ug Himsog (Sugbusog)” program, a vegetable gardening program of the Cebu Provincial Government that encourages households, communities and local government units (LGUs) to engage in home, community gardening and nurseries establishment.
