AN 18-YEAR-OLD man was found floating lifeless on Tuesday morning, August 7, in the seawaters off Barangay San Isidro, San Fernando, Cebu.

Police identified the fatality as Rey Lapinga, a resident of the village.

He was reported missing last Monday morning, August 6, after he went swimming with friends.

Investigators believed he drowned after he was overwhelmed by big waves.
