A FOAM party organized by a private resort in Panglao town, Bohol became controversial on social media after a woman sashayed above a platform and undressed her top, exposing her breasts to the partygoers and resort guests.

Panglao Mayor Leonila Montero told SuperBalita Cebu that the incident happened on Friday night, March 5, 2021.

After the video of the woman, 30, a resident of Panglao, became viral on social media, the mayor had sent out her staff and the police to investigate the incident.
