THE Land Transportation Office (LTO) 7 will distribute 31,167 license plates for four-wheeled vehicles on Feb. 13 to 19 at the lower ground floor of the city wing of SM Seaside City.

Regional Director Victor Emmanuel Caindec of LTO 7 said these were the license plates that were not released from January 2015 to December 2016. The distribution will start at 10 a.m. and will end at 7 p.m. during the scheduled dates.

Car owners are reminded to bring copies of their official receipt, certificate of registration and valid identification cards. A representative of the owner can claim the plate if provided with a special power of attorney. (PAC, ML)
