Minglanilla police plant fruit trees

MEMBERS of the Minglanilla Police Station in southern Cebu planted fruit trees in Barangay Tungkop on Friday morning, February 3, 2023.

The activity, which was led by station chief Major Arieza Otida, was also attended by employees of the Provincial Environment Natural Resources Office, KKDAT (Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo) surrenderees, members of the religious sector and barangay officials.

They planted up to 100 seeds from different fruits like rambutan, pomelo and gubayano (soursop).

Otida said their aim is to grow fruit and to care for nature in the town.

She said she was grateful to the people who participated in the activity. (BBT / PJB)
