PRC Youth Council to host film festival in Cebu City

THE Philippine Red Cross Youth (RCY) Cebu chapter will host a two-day film festival with the theme “International Humanitarian Law: Even Wars Have Limits.”

Now on its second year, the film festival will be held at the SM Cebu Cinema 1 on Aug. 24-25, 2019.

A total of nine groups are participating in this year’s film festival. These are the RCY Councils of the Cebu City National Science High School, Cebu Doctors’ University, Cebu Institute of Technology-University, University of the Philippines Cebu, Saint Theresa’s College of Cebu, University of San Carlos, Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu, Don Bosco Technical College-Cebu Inc. and the RCY volunteers from the Community-Based Council.

Tickets for the upcoming event will be sold for P100. These will be made available at the Philippine Red Cross Cebu chapter office, which stands beside the Rizal Memorial Library and Museum on Osmeña Blvd. in Cebu City and at different RCY councils. (S)
