The businesswoman was driving her vehicle towards her home in Talisay City when she was attacked by riding-in-tandem assailants on N. Bacalao Ave. in Barangay Duljo Fatima, Cebu City.

His girlfriend Mary Jane Aguilar was earlier arrested in a drug bust in Barangay Tisa, Cebu City last Sept. 21.

Aguilar admitted she took part in the killing of Hamada.

Police said the mastermind was Hamada's husband, who had a financial fallout with businesswoman.

Aguilar was identified after a witness heard her speaking with Hamada's husband.

Bertulfo yielded a .45 pistol and two packs of white crystals believed to methamphetamine hydrochloride, locally known as shabu.

Like Aguilar, Bertulfo will be facing murder complaints for illegal possession of firearm and violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.(KAL)
