ALL regular and job order employees of Talisay City Hall will have reasons to celebrate this Christmas as they will receive their bonuses before December 25.

Talisay City budget officer Edgar Mabunay said around 380 regular employees will each receive a Christmas bonus of P25,000 based on their Collective Negotiable Agreement.

On November 15, the employees had also received their year-end bonuses and cash gifts.

Mabunay said they also set aside funds for the productivity-based bonus and productivity enhance incentive of employees but they are still waiting for a memorandum circular from the Department of Budget and Management before these will be released.

Meanwhile, the City Hall also allotted funds for the Christmas bonus of job order employees (JOs).

But Mabunay said the amount that the JOs will receive is yet to be determined. (BBT, TPT)
