WE STRONGLY urge the Duterte administration to order the release of the undistributed Social Amelioration Program funds to sugar workers affected by the Taal volcano eruption.

The ash fall had affected sugar fields in some towns in Batangas, ruining crops that are about to be harvested. These farmers are part of the large number of people relocated in evacuation centers in the region.
