NETIZENS have been posting photos of recent accidents involving motorcycles in Metro Cebu.

Not all the incidents can be blamed on the motorcycle driver, although in most cases they are at fault.

Many think because they are driving on two wheels they are exempt from traffic rules that are geared toward four-wheeled vehicles. And so, despite visible signs that warn motorists that such and such road is one way, motorcycle drivers have no qualms meeting oncoming vehicles who have the right of way. No wonder, motorcycles have become moving targets for some psychotic drivers.
