FULL disclosure is the transparency and accountability level Congress expects from the Department of Transportation as regards its probe into the apparent “runaway train” collision between two LRT 2 coaches Saturday night, May 18, along Aurora Blvd. in Quezon City.

Full disclosure should include public release of the relevant unedited CCTV videos and incident reports of the LRT Line 2.

We want to know which redundancies and safety measures failed and how much of a factor was human error in the collision incident that caused injury to 32 people, including LRT 2 personnel.
