Tell it to SunStar: On resumption of classes

Orvi G. Ortega, Camputhaw, Cebu City

I JUST wish to share my thoughts on the matter. I do not claim any expertise or monopoly of knowledge on the subject matter, but I do sincerely hope that you may find something worthy or meritorious therein.

On the resumption of classes (with respect to physical conduct of classes) in all levels, except graduate school; law school; and medical school, be put on hold during the efficacy of the ECQ. Be that as it may, no professor, teacher, school employee/staff in the graduate school, law school or medical school will be allowed to report for work or be enrolled, in this of the student, unless issued the corresponding “health pass,” after passing the rapid test. All health protocol abovementioned must also be strictly complied with and observed.

Corollary to the above, classes on all other levels, from kindergarten to tertiary level, may still resume and can be conducted either thru online class or modular type class. Online class is most applicable in areas where internet and/or wifi connection is readily available and accessible, whereas the modular-type is more practical in areas or far places not suitable for online classes.
