Tell it to SunStar: Penalizing counterflowers

I AGREE that Cebu City Mayor-elect Edgardo Labella should review the P18-billion contract for the development of Kawit Island and the contract of sale between the City Government and Filinvest Land Inc., SM Prime Holdings Inc. and Ayala Land.

But I don’t think Labella should lift Executive Order 34 on the counterflow policy. How can it be “anti-poor” when it penalizes everyone who counterflows?
