KUDOS to the Cebu City police for a job well done. At least the police are visible on the streets even if they only ride on their patrol cars with blinkers on. They also conduct surprise checkpoints that targets motorcycle drivers.

But I hope that this is not a ningas cogon act. Basin karon lang ni nga bag-o pa ang police chief. Policemen should do this regularly to deter crime. (Darius Labiste of Cebu City)
