ONCE again, another spate of killings is happening in Negros Oriental. Fourteen farmers in three towns were killed on the pretext of the drug war.

How can farmers be accused of engaging in the illegal drug war? If that is true, why would they even bother toiling in the heat and earn so little if they are indeed earning from illegal drugs? It’s a sorry tale our policemen and military are weaving.
