Tell it to SunStar: So what’s the fuss?

Sunnexdesk

THE Senate hearing on the renewal of franchise of ABS-CBN clearly exposed all the lies we see on social media and what the good Solicitor General Jose Calida has been brandishing all along.

No less than the Bureau of Internal Revenue has confirmed that the network has not been remiss in its due revenues to the government.

The Securities and Exchange Commission was also very clear that the firm’s Philippine Depository Receipts were, of course, not violative of anything under the law.

So, really, what’s the fuss? The cae now boils down to the fact the President is just angry at the network over a non-airing of his ad. But this was clearly explained why in the Senate. (By Bo Enjambre, Talisay City )
