2 PBA players stabbed

PBA players Jeron Teng and Norbert Torres along with their former De La Salle teammate Thomas Torres were injured in a stabbing incident at dawn yesterday at the Fort Strip in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City.

According to ABS-CBN, the three basketball players were walking outside of Early Night Club at 2:30 a.m. and got into a heated argument with two other individuals before a brawl ensued.

Teng and Thomas were stabbed in their bodies, while Norbert was hit in his arm.

The suspects were identified as 40-year-old Filipino-American Edmar Manalo Lacanlale and 37-year-old Willard Balisi. (EKA)
