SOME 200 participants joined the four-day Proppee’s Summer Basketball Clinic at the Sisters of Mary School Boystown.

The clinic, led by Michael Cenabre, Christopher Wilson, Julius Caballero, Dennis Pacquiao, Rhalf Enoc and Van Halen Parmis, has the 12-Under and 18-Under players with 100 participants in each age group. It started last May 23 and will end on May 27.

Aside from holding the clinic, some 5,000 bottles of Propan TLC were turned over to SMS Boystown and Girlstown last May 24.

Sherwin Arceo, Marketing manager of Zuelling Pharma Commercial Solutions led the turnover ceremony to Boystown, while Fariza Ortiz, the district sales manager, led the turnover ceremony to Girlstown.

“It’s not only the schools that are thankful, it is the Zuellig Pharma and Propan TLC who are very grateful for this opportunity to share love to these young kids,”said Arceo

“The donation became the Propan TLC’s way of reinforcing the needed nutrition of the children in the two schools,” said Ortiz.

Propan TLC forged a partnership with Boystown and Girlstown last March to widen the schools’ sports grassroots program which gained attention and fame in the national and international level last January as they set a FIBA record of having the most number of kids play 3x3 basketball. (PR)
