CEBUANO mixed martial arts fighter Allan Albindo of Yaw-Yan ArDigma Cebu will put his unblemished record on the line against Odie “Transporter” Lejarde in the main feature of “Sogod Unleashed” at the Sogod Gymnasium in Sogod, Cebu on Friday, Feb. 8.

Albindo is one of the rising prospects of Yaw-Yaw Ardigma Cebu, having won all five of his amateur MMA bouts. Albindo is out to prove that he’s ready for the big stage as he eyes on turning pro this year.

Yaw-Yan ArDigma Cebu founder and CEO Master Benigno “Ekin” Caniga is impressed with the work ethic of Albindo and is confident that his ward’s hard work will translate into an emphatic victory.

“He is one talented kid. He is also one of my hardest working fighters. I am expecting him to score an impressive win,” Caniga said of Albindo.

Aside from Albindo, three other Yaw-Yan ArDigma Cebu warriors are also seeing action in the undercard—Clint Bahala, Ken Rivera and young promising fighter Josh Ybañez.

Bahala locks horns with Robert Baligasi of Arcumjucai. Rivera faces a tough test in veteran John Edu Torbiso of Durex Dragon, while Ybañez takes on Kenz Torreon of SelDef Lapu-Lapu.

Tj Nies faces off with Jade Semacio. Krista “Triangle” Barbosa takes on Alliah “Striker” Torbiso. Matthew Israel is fighting Denmark Comainking, and Adi Penaranda is taking on Nico Cosep. (RSC)
