Pabusatan loses to Williams by decision

JETRO Pabustan lost to former world title contender Tramaine Williams on Aug. 13 (PH time) at the Findaly Toyota Center in Precott Valley in Arizona.

Pabustan was slapped with a crucial deduction for a low blow and lost to Williams on all three scorecards.

The judges scored it 95-95, 96-93 and 97-92 all in favor of Williams.

Williams improved to 20-1 with six knockouts, while Pabustan’s record is 31-10-6 with nine knockouts.

In the meantime, Jeronil Borres settled to a majority draw with unbeaten Ghanaian prospect Mohamed Aryeetey in the undercard.

Borres is now 11-7-2 with six knockouts, while Aryeetey remains undefeated with 7-0-1 with five knockouts.
