PBA postpones TNT-NorthPort match

Sunnexdesk

THE Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) has announced that it is postponing the game between the league-leading TNT Tropang Giga and the NorthPort Batang Pier.

This development is a precautionary measure being taken by the league seeing as TNT is coming off a game against Blackwater. It can be recalled that Blackwater had a player who tested positive for infection although his antigen and RT-PCR came back negative.

Still, the league is not taking any chances given the fact that a referee also went through the same thing early last week.

Members of the TNT squad have also been tested and their results have also came back negative.

This is the second game the league has had to postpone, the first being the Blackwater-Rain or Shine duel on Sunday afternoon. (JNP)
