Mati Ridge Homes holds 1st house turnover

Mati Ridge Homes by Maer Summit Properties, Inc. (MSPI), a start-up real estate developer that is currently engaged in property venture and development, held its first house turnover on April 16, 2022.

The turnover ceremony was conducted by the Sales and Marketing and the Documentation departments of (MSPI).

First who can experience living in a Mati Ridge Homes’ eco-friendly house are a newly-wed couple who are both residents of Mati City. The new homeowners were presented with a Certificate of Appreciation from MSPI for their contribution to the advocacy of the organization: Environment-friendly, sustainable living, and social relevant.

MSPI uses ecocast, a plastic-infused hollow block, in building Mati Ridge Homes and for all their pipeline projects as well. Around 70 kilograms of plastics were recycled in building the houses of the new homeowners.

Mati Ridge Homes, which is the pilot project of MSPI, is located at Purok Magay, Barangay Don Martin Marundan in Mati City, Davao Oriental.
