DavSur crowns its new queens

FROM 18 brilliant and empowered women, Davao del Sur crowned its new queens last June 29, 2023 at Davao del Sur Coliseum in Digos City.

Princess Legend Mejillano from Bansalan bested all the other 17 contenders to claim the crown for the 2023 Mutya ng Davao del Sur.

Her court are Eljay Mae Espacio, Mutya ng Davao del Sur- Tourism; Angelica Relano, Mutya ng Davao del Sur- Culture and the Arts; LG Mae Rondina, 1st Runner Up; and, Princess Joana Aznar, 2nd Runner Up.

The pageant is one of the highlights of Davao del Sur’s 56th year celebrating “Maanyag nga Paraiso”.

Kudos to Governor Yvonne Cagas and her team led by Kervin Kyle for mounting a momentous, world-class event.

Aside from myself, seating as judges are JIB COO Nicole Bian-Ledesma, Designer/ Academician Emi Englis, Bb. Pilipinas Supranational Jehza Mae Huelar Simon; Glam Models’ Jon Nuñez, former Mutya ng DavSur Kyra Valentin and entrepreneur Kristine Agcopra.
