2 UM grads top real estate broker exam

TWO graduates of the University of Mindanao (UM) are part of the top 10 examinees who garnered the highest scores at the April 2022 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination, based on the results released on Tuesday, April 19, by the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC).

UM graduates Eloisa Monique Yepez and Shierra Peal Mendoza placed second and third, respectively. Yepez earned a rating of 88.25 percent, while Mendoza had a rating of 88 percent.

Two institutions -- University of Mindanao (UM) and the University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC) -- are the only Davao universities to have candidates for the said examination.

UM earned a rating of 72.73 percent wherein 16 out of 22 first-time examinees passed. UM also had no repeat examinees this year.

On the other hand, the UIC garnered a 64.29 percent rating wherein of the 14 first-time examinees, nine have passed.

Yepez and Mendoza were just behind top notchers from Gardner College Diliman Inc., Trinity University of Asia, and University of Cebu.
