THE Davao City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) said they have already laid out their Emergency Preparedness Response plan for the celebration of All Saints’ and Souls’ Day or Undas 2018.

CDRRMO head Emmanuel Jaldon said in an interview during Disaster Preparedness and Personal Safety mini caravan Thursday, October 25, at PLDT Davao that they have already prepared the standard operation procedure of their office for the coming Undas next week.

He said they have not made any changes to their emergency response plan from last year.

“Component of the whole response plan nandyan yung security, nandun yung safety, kami yung sa safety side, (Component of the whole response plan it has security and safety and we are part of the safety component),” Jaldon said.

He said each cemetery in the city will be handled by the barangay. In every cemetery, there will be a command post of different responders and volunteers.

Jaldon added if there is an escalation of the situation in the cemetery it will be forwarded to the city level responders such as Central 911.
