THE traffic situation in Davao City is worsening. It is quite common to hear commuters and drivers complaining of how bad the traffic can be in some parts of the city.

How many videos and photos of drivers counter flowing the traffic, illegally parking, abusing the use of hazard lights, unloading and loading passengers in areas where it is not allowed, and the clear disregard of traffic rules?
