13th PAL Ladies Interclub Underway

Imee Garcia

PHILIPPINES Airlines is celebrating its 13th PAL Ladies Interclub, and this year, Davao City is proud to be the venue of this prestigious event.

As always, the amateur ladies of Philippine golf look forward to this joyous and prestigious event. All the participants have a grand time. The Awards Night is always fun, and filled with entertainment. Big prizes await the lucky winners during the raffle draw.

There is great competition and camaraderie among the players. Teams to watch out for: Manila Southwoods and Pradera Verde Golf. I am excited to find out who will emerge as champion. Last year, it was the new team—Pradera Verde Golf and Country Club.

What a perfect time to host a tournament here in Davao—because we still have plenty of fruits in season—especially durian, mangosteen, and lanzones. Happy feasting ladies!

Sadly, like last year, I am not able to join again. On vacation, once again. This time, I am with family—my mom, my sister, my aunties, and my girl-cousins. Garcia girls bonding in Singapore! No shopping, but instead, trying different restaurants in the city. Can’t miss this.

However, earlier this week, I was able to say hello to my golfing buddies from all over. It was wonderful seeing them all again. Hi again golfing friends. Good Luck in the competition!
