THE Ateneo de Davao University (Addu) collected four gold medals in the recently-concluded Davao Association of Catholic Schools (Dacs) Sportsfest 2019 volleyball competition held at the University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC) J.P. Laurel Avenue, Davao City.

Addu recovered from a second set loss to beat UIC, 25-22, 14-25, 25-16, 25-21 in their championship match to clinch the secondary boys title while the Addu secondary girls spikers demolished San Pedro College (SPC), 25-17, 25-23, 25-13, for the crown.

In elementary division, Addu boys cruised past UIC, 25-19, 25-19 to snatch the gold while their girl counterparts prevailed in the three-team round-robin finals.

Addu volleybelles first edged UIC, 22-25, 25-10, 25-5, before spanking SPC, 25-11, 25-18, to pocket the gold.
