IN PHOTOS: Flooding in Tandag City, Surigao del Sur brought by 'Auring'
PARTS of Surigao del Sur were flooded on Sunday, February 21, 2021, due to rains brought by Tropical Storm Auring (Dujuan), the first storm to enter the country in 2021.
