THE Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) will summon ride-hailing services provider Grab over its drivers supposed cancellation of rides.

LTFRB chair Martin Delgra III said in a radio interview on Sunday, April 22, that the erring driver will face a fine.

He was reacting to a viral social media post about a Grab driver who refused to pick up a passenger.

In his post, Karl Davin Hui shared a conversation he had with a Grab driver.
