PUMP prices of petroleum products will go down again on Tuesday, July 19, 2022.

In an advisory, Shell and Seaoil said they will implement a P5 rollback on gasoline, P2 on diesel and P.70 on Kerosene.

Petrogazz and Cleanfuel will implement the same price reduction on gasoline and diesel except kerosene, which they do not carry.

Shell, Seoil and Petrogazz will implement the price adjustment at 6 a.m. of July 19, while Cleanfuel at 8:01 a.m. of the same day.

The Department of Energy said the price reduction on fuel prices can be attributed to the lockdown in Shanghai, China, which may decrease the demand; interest hikes by various countries; and the threat of recession, which could cause demand destruction. (SunStar Philippines)
