AT LEAST 11 security guards detailed at the Provincial Capitol are complaining over the non-release of their salaries for the entire month of November.

Chito Magalona, in-charge of the security of the Provincial Capitol, said that 11 security guards are under E & R Security Agency.

Magalona said that aside from the non-release of their salaries, the security guards are also complaining of the non-remittance of their contribution with the Social Security System (SSS) since March this year.

"They would like to bring up this matter with SSS," Magalona revealed.

Magalona said he has already referred the matter to Provincial Legal Officer Jose Maria Valencia.

Magalona said the provincial government is planning not to renew its contract with E&R Security Agency anymore, after its contract ends on December 31. (TDE)
