5 persons arrested for separate offenses

WITH their anti-criminality drive in full swing, the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) recently arrested five criminals in the city for separate offenses.

Three persons were nabbed in separate operations for estafa by virtue of warrant of arrests.

Arrested were Olivia Botlogan Mananig, Betsy Flores Ticuan, and Janet Valdez.

Mananig, who was arrested in Barangay Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet, posted P20,000 bail for her temporary release.

On Monday, July 10, Gabriel De Guzman Ellana was arrested at Barangay Ilocano Norte, San Fernando, La Union, by the operatives for attempted murder.

Ellana is listed as the top most wanted person of Baguio City.

Meanwhile, wanted for carnapping, Kelvin John Villar Mabborang was also nabbed by Baguio police by virtue of warrant of arrest.

The suspect was able to post a bail of P50,000 for his temporary liberty. (Roderick Osis)
