SACRED Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-AdC) sizzled in the opening of the 2017 season of the Cebu Youth Basketball League (CYBL) with lopsided wins yesterday at the SHS-AdC Mango Avenue Campus Gym. SHS-AdC crushed One on One A, 66-22, in the Under-16 division.

The dynamic duo of Aaron Abunawan and Nicael Cabañero led the Magis Eagles’ charge with 11 points apiece. Jade Dayday had five points to lead One on One in scoring. SHS-AdC, on the other hand, crushed SACS, 29-17, in the Under-13 age group. William Allosada had seven points, while Kristian Porter scored six points for SHS-AdC.
