WHILE there are a lot of things you can buy at the malls for your Christmas gifts, do not forget that in the coming weeks we can expect a number of bazaars in various areas in Davao City.

The bazaars in Davao City kick off with the annual Christmas Bazaar at the Davao Convention and Trade Center on November 30 to December 3.

Now on its 18th year, the bazaar will feature purveyors offering food and non-food items. I have been here almost every year since I moved to Davao City and the options for Christmas gifts are a lot from personalized items to those you cannot find at the malls.

Then on December 1 to 3 at the Tent in Azuela Cove, Lanang, is Manic Nightning Productions' biggest The Weekend Market yet, the Winter Fair.

The three day bazaar will offer a range of things from food, clothes, travel sale, and gift items for Christmas.

If you want to simply go to the mall, then drop by at the Abreeza Ayala Mall where the Mocha Production's White Christmas Eat and Treats will be held. Likewise this will also feature local brands and start-ups. This will be held from December 13 to 17, 2017.
