SEVERAL Cebuano triathletes will be joining the Dipolog Centennial Triathlon set on May 18-19 in Dipolog City.

According to Sugbutriathlon technical director Benjoe Gimenez, those who have showed interest to join are the members of the Cebu Loves Tri Team Championship Series over-all champion team of Parklane tri composed of Ralph Arche, Kristiane Lim, Allan Ting, Love Casidsid and Hannah Galo.

“We will be expecting more top caliber Cebuano triathletes to join the Dipolog triathlon,” said Gimenez.

As of press time, those who have confirmed are Chito Hernandez and Lemuel Bonilla in the sprint distance (750m swim-20km bike-5km run), and Philip Duenas, Andrew Ong, Jane-Jane Ong, James Vincent Pagay, Aya Garcia Shlachter and members of team Shangrila spearheaded by Ian Rusiana and Jason Bilangdal.
