Compostela public school principal surrenders

A PUBLIC school principal who has a pending case in court surrendered at 9:30 a.m. Friday, March 2, to the police in Liloan town, Cebu.

Chief Inspector Randy Korret, the town police commander, identified the accused as Luis Romo Arioja, 42.

He said Arioja, the Compostela National High School principal, is facing a case for failure to render accounts of his office.

Municipal Trial Court in Cities Liloan-Compostela Judge Ameli Amor Estrada issued the warrant of arrest against Arioja on February 21, 2018.

The bail was set at P6,000 for the accused's temporary liberty.
