BACOLOR -- Elements of the Bacolor police arrested on Thursday one of the most wanted drug personalities here under the Philippine National Police's Lambat Sibat operation.

Dinapo Santos Jr. was arrested around 10:30 a.m. at Sta. Barbara, Bacolor, Pampanga.

Police said that Santos violated Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Santos is temporarily detained at Bacolor police station. (Leslie Anne Mahusay)
