THE CVRAA baseball elementary team is off to win this year’s title after blanking the Caraga Autonomous Region (CAR) in the 53rd edition of the Palarong Pambansa at the Tarlac Recreational Park, Tarlac City.
CVRAA won against CAR, 6-0.
“Last year, we were close to winning the gold. However, our best was not enough,” said coach Joselito Arche, who bowed to the National Capital Region team in the championship game last year.
Arche said they are making sure they will be able to win this year after their second victory yesterday, to advance in the quarterfinals.
For the 5th straight year, the Cebu Province baseball team composed of players from Asturias and Sogod, has been representing CVRAA in the Palarong Pambansa.
