A 20-YEAR-OLD man was caught for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl in a village in Asturias at 12:05 a.m. last Thursday.

Police identified the suspect as Clyde Bayotas, a neighbor of the victim and a drug surrenderer.

Investigation showed that the victim was invited by her friends to drink at the suspect’s house last Wednesday night.

After the victim got drunk, the suspect took advantage of her past midnight.

The suspect will face a rape case. (KAL)
