A WOMAN is always first at SM Seaside City Cebu as the world celebrates Women’s Month this March, a time to pamper and “glow up” one’s self.

SM Seaside City Cebu brings the Beauty Fest Sale and Beauty Fest Surprise from today until March 18 as a treat to all women shoppers.

Pinay make-up guru Michelle Dy will also be on hand to give out tips on how to glam up on different occasions. She will dish out advice through the event called Glam On the Go at the Mountain Wing Atrium this Sunday at 4 p.m.

Fashionista Janina Vela will also teach women the latest beauty hacks for the summer during the Glow Up In Style at the Mountain Wing Atrium on March 18 at 4 p.m. (PR)
