FORMER Presidential Deputy spokesman and deputy administrator of the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) rescued a 16- year-old teenager who sustained fracture inside covered court in Barangay Mansilingan.
Dr. Anthony Golez immediately applied first aid to the teenager when he accidentally fell on the ground while watching an activity. He was Edmark Manales whom Golez extended a help.
Golez referred Manales to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital through the Amity volunteers for treatment.
Golez has pledged his assistance on Manales’s treatment.
Golez is among the candidates for congressman in the Lone District of Bacolod.
