DOCDOC Gothong captured the Cebu Tenpin Bowling Association (Cetba) bowler of the month for June title at the SM City Cebu Bowling Center.

Gothong scored a total of 1,226 pinfalls in six games to beat January winner Omar Marsangca, who managed 1,218 pinfalls. Jake Yap got third place with 1,182.

The rest of the top 10 bowlers were Ronan Barredo (1,162), Ed Dilla (1,154), Marvin Sevilla (1,151), Beth Ngo (1,142), Baby Bacon (1,121), Gretchen Tormis (1,121) and Boy Cacho (1,086).

According to Yap, who is also Cetba’s spokesperson, Gothong will join the annual Bowler of the Year tournament this December and will be facing previous monthly winners Marsangca (January), Rey Velarde (February), Bacon (March), David Arthur Schimitz (April) and Bonnie Tanchuanko (May).
