FOLLOWING the footsteps of his father, Councilor Francisco Roberto Ortega VI is trying to keep the peace in the city.

Ortega has called on Baguio City Police Office director Ramil Saculles, Department of Education Baguio Schools Division Superintendent Federico Martin and Association of Private School Administrators Baguio City Chapter president Annie Marie Caguioa to the local council to shed light on issues over the proliferation of “Hypebeast” members bullying city children.

The group has been likened to a gang terrorizing children in the city with reports of mauling and bullying at the Central Business District.

Evasco said the police has since enjoined the public to report activities involving members of the alleged “Hypebeasts.”
